In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "h888", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to h888.buzz, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents.
• "You", "User", or "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service provided by h888.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the h888 platform.
• "Services" means all products, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services made available through h888.buzz.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your h888 account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account as part of an h888 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to h888 Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or h888's compliance policies.

To register an account and use h888 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. h888 strictly prohibits the registration or use of its Services by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification checks may be conducted at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to h888 is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of h888, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested.
• You must not have had a previous h888 account suspended, closed for cause, or self-excluded at the time of a new registration attempt.

By completing the h888 registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active h888 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. h888 employs automated detection systems to identify and merge or close duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and bonuses therein without compensation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h888 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. h888 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify h888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Account Verification. h888 may place your account in a restricted state pending identity or payment verification. During this period, certain functions — including withdrawals — may be unavailable. h888 aims to complete standard verification requests within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation from the Player.

Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. h888 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by SMS before any fee is applied. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a closed inactive account should contact h888 support.

Accepted Payment Methods. h888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h888 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your h888 balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. h888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply charges independently.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits on the same account. h888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within four (4) hours during normal operating hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day. h888 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if h888's risk management systems flag unusual activity patterns on the account.
• h888 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request if the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Players may not withdraw funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once in real-money play (excluding funds subject to bonus wagering requirements).

h888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL tournaments, Eid celebrations, and major sports fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

Claiming Bonuses. Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified on the relevant promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your h888 account at any time. h888 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of claim. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed on certain restricted markets or games may not contribute to wagering requirements at all. These restrictions are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• h888 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or cancel withdrawals if it determines that bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.

h888 offers a comprehensive sportsbook covering cricket (including PSL live betting), football, kabaddi, UFC, tennis, and other major and minor sporting markets. All sports bets placed on h888 are subject to the following rules.

Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by h888. h888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed market limits, bets placed after the event start time for pre-match markets, or bets on markets that have been suspended. Bet acceptance is confirmed by the display of a bet reference number in your account's betting history.

Live Betting. In-play bets on h888 — including ball-by-ball PSL cricket betting — are subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly. h888 is not responsible for any delay between the real-world event and the odds displayed on the platform. Bets placed in-play are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance, which may differ from the odds displayed at the time you initiated the bet placement due to latency.

Void Bets & Abandoned Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after a bet has been placed, h888 will void all affected bets and return the staked amount to the Player's account, unless the event is rescheduled and resumes within a specified timeframe as detailed in the sport-specific rules available in the h888 sportsbook help section.

Maximum Winnings. h888 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are detailed within each market. Any winnings that exceed applicable limits will be reduced to the stated maximum, and the excess will not be credited to your account.

h888 offers 1,200+ certified casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows), and virtual table games. All casino games are subject to the following rules.

Fair Play & RNG Certification. All slot and virtual table games on h888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as displayed within the live game interface.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game, h888's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted game round. If a definitive outcome cannot be established, the game round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account. h888 is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's own internet disconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one h888 account, whether using the same or different identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with h888 games, sportsbook markets, or promotional systems.
• Colluding with other Players or with h888 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in h888's platform for financial gain.
• Using h888's platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Engaging in any conduct that h888 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward h888 staff or other users of the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access h888's Services using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

h888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan and internationally. We recognise that, for a small number of players, gambling can develop into a problematic behaviour that negatively affects their personal, financial, and social wellbeing.

Player Protection Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players through the h888 account settings dashboard and are free to use at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications displaying your net win or loss for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the h888 platform for a period of your choosing — from one month to five years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and all marketing communications ceased.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a break from h888 for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

h888 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or our licensing obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the h888 platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or third-party payment processing failures beyond h888's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the h888 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.

h888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to h888 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Termination by You. You may close your h888 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to pending investigations) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.

Termination by h888. h888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• h888's obligation to comply with a regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination for cause, h888 may forfeit all balances and bonuses held in the account at the time of closure. h888 will provide written notice of account closure and the reason where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.

h888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to their registered Pakistani mobile number and/or by prominent notice on the h888 website, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the h888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using h888 Services and close your account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h888 holds its international gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to attempt to resolve any dispute with h888 through the following internal process:

• Step 1 — Customer Support: Contact h888 customer support via 24/7 live chat, describing the nature of the dispute and your desired resolution. h888 aims to resolve all support tickets within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved through standard support channels, submit a formal written complaint to h888 at [email protected]. Formal complaints are escalated to h888's compliance team for review within five (5) business days.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by h888's licensing authority.

Nothing in this section shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. These Terms & Conditions do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
